This compact orthopaedic chef shoe, loved by all chefs and Birkenstock lovers, gives you maximum comfort while putting in the hard work as a chef. The Super Birki safety shoe is made from water-resistant and dirt-repellent polyurethane and is also oil and grease resistant. This extremely resilient material is washable at up to 60° Celsius and can be efficiently disinfected. Its resilience and its hygiene properties make it ideal for kitchens, medical environments, and the food industry.

 How to measure your foot length

• Stand with the heel to a wall and put a measuring tape under your feet
• Read off the measured foot length in millimeters before your longest toe
• If you are between two sizes, choose the next higher, because feet are minimally greater under load
